September 2024 – Burning Fish Games is excited to announce the upcoming release of Who Murdered the Turtle?, a unique and fun-filled murder mystery card game, launching on Kickstarter in late September 2024. Blending strategic gameplay with adorable characters, Who Murdered the Turtle? offers players an exhilarating game night experience filled with mystery, bluffing, and deception.
In Who Murdered the Turtle?, players take on secret roles as either innocent Turtles or the Murderer. The goal for the Turtles? Gather clues, work together, and uncover the Murderer’s identity before they eliminate the whole crew. Meanwhile, the Murderer must cunningly plant “Murder Cards” in the draw pile, eliminating players one by one without being detected.
The game is simple to grasp, yet each move introduces fresh surprises and challenges at every turn. Action cards like "Shell Shock" and "Give It Back" allow players to disrupt others' strategies, creating a thrilling atmosphere of surprise and suspense. The game is perfect for fans of classic social deduction games like Werewolf and Mafia but with a fresh twist.
