02 · MAKE YOUR MOVE

Your turn.

  1. Choose in secret

Place your chosen cards face down in the lanes, following the placement limit for your edition.

  2. Reveal together

Turn the lane cards face up together. Resolve one lane at a time.

  3. Resolve in order

Resolve Power, Defense, Action, Healing and then Battle. Roll when a card asks for it and check whether its activation requirement is met.

  4. Collect and prepare

Apply the Fish and Relic rewards and effects shown on the cards, then prepare for the next round.

03 · KEEP THIS HANDY

Rules at a glance.

Fish

Fish is an in-game resource used for healing, dice effects and card abilities. Spend it only when a rule or card allows.

Relics

Relics are revealed when drawn and provide their stated effects. Check your card text for limits and timing.

Card activation

A card with a roll requirement works only when the requirement is met.

Nine lives

Healing does not raise your total above nine lives.

Quick answers.

One more question before you make your move?

How many players?

Two: one Pirate Cats player and one Kraken player.

What is the order of lane effects?
